- In the order instructions please indicate if you want us to place your delivery at a specific place, otherwise we will leave it at the front door.
- Please leave a cell phone number where you can be reached if you are going to opt for delivery.
- Due to the high order volume, we cannot guarantee specific delivery times but will do our best to get it to you in the window you selected.
- Please let us know if you are o.k. with substitutions. You can do this for each item in your cart.

How would you like to receive this order? Curb-Side, In-Store Pick Up, or Home Delivery.
In-Store Pick Up: There is no minimum order for In-Store Pick Up. Please go to a register or ask any staff person to retrieve your order for you.
Curb-Side Pick Up: When you are outside of the store at specified pick up time, please call store at 617-524-1700 and let us know that you have arrived, and where you are parked. We will then bring out your order. Please be aware that City Feed on Centre has two reserved parking places in the back of the store for your convenience!
There is a $50.00 minimum for FREE Home Delivery within Jamaica Plain and some adjoining neighborhoods. If you order less than $50.00 and you would like Home Delivery, there will be a $10.00 dollar added charge. Deliveries are M, W, Th, Sat. & Sun. Once we have delivered your order, if you did not come to the door, we will send a text image of your order at your front door &/or where it was specified to be delivered. If you prefer your order to be placed at a certain place, side door, back porch, etc. please request this in the NOTES of your order otherwise we will deliver it to your front door.

Once you have placed your order you will receive an automated e-mail confirming your order.
If an item is not available, you will not be charged for it. Your order will be updated, and your receipt attached to your order will reflect the items you received. If you have opted for allowing substitutions, we will do our best to get a similar item for you.
Beer & Wine Sales: You must be 21 and over to purchase beer and wine, and you must be able to present ID upon delivery.

HOW WILL CITY FEED REWARDS BE APPLIED?
If a customer already has a loyalty account, they will then need to use the email address associated with that account in order to get CITY FEED REWARD loyalty points. If they do not have an email linked with their account, then they need to email us at [email protected], requesting to add their email address to their account.
If a customer does not have an CITY FEED REWARDS account and would like one, they must register before placing an order inorder to receive CFS REWARD points for their online purchases.
IS THERE ANY ADVANTAGE TO REGISTERING ON CFS ONLINE WEB SITE?
- A record of all orders will be kept under your account once you have registered.
- You will be will eligible for CFS REWARDS!
